Prepare your workforce for the moments that matter
Bid farewell to isolated wellness solutions, and say hello to holistic programming that engages and empowers your entire workforce.
You’re in good company
Harvard University conducted a recent study on costs and savings associated with wellness programs, and found that absenteeism costs fall by about $2.73 for every dollar spent.
Corporate wellness is a cost reduction strategy.
CHIROPRACTIC
PHYSICAL WELLNESS
Chiropractic: The goal of treatment is to reduce pain with manual adjustments and other therapies so that patients can benefit from increased mobility and a better quality of life. The ultimate goal is not just to alleviate symptoms but to promote overall health and wellness. This includes teaching patients about healthy lifestyle choices that will benefit them in the long run, such as proper nutrition, exercise and stress management.
PSYCHOTHERAPY
MENTAL READINESS
Psychotherapy: Our expertise lies in corporate and workplace mental health, catering to high achievers. We assist those facing various challenges, including job stress and burnout, work-related anxiety, trauma, depression, ADHD, workplace harassment, conflict, partnership disputes, communication issues, workplace engagement, decision-making, career performance, and upward career mobility.
OUR DELIVERY + APPROACH
When a company adds on-site chiropractic care as an employee benefit, a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic comes to the place of employment a certain amount of times per month. This could be monthly, bi-weekly or even once per week, depending on the specific needs and the size of the company. Psychotherapy is available on-site or online.
Once you have a chiropractor/psychotherapist coming into your place of business to treat employees, it is easy to add on additional wellness services such as group education meetings. Workshops on nutrition, posture, stress management, ergonomic exercises and stretching work cohesively with chiropractic adjustments. This helps employees take control of their health and continue to participate in the activities they love.
Benefits of a wellness program
For the employer. For the employee.
-
Chiropractic care can prevent small aches and pains from becoming debilitating conditions that require intensive treatment.
The more intensive treatment employees require, the higher the employer’s overall healthcare costs will be.
-
Employees like to feel appreciated. When employers bring in a service like on-site chiropractic care, employees know their well-being is cared about.
Many are happy to have this additional “perk” of working for their employer.
-
You feel better when you’re not in pain. Chiropractic treatments can alleviate aches and pains in a quick and non-invasive manner.
Chiropractors also focus on whole body wellness. This means the Doctor of Chiropractic can advise the patient about lifestyle choices and be a resource for healthier living.
-
An on-site chiropractor or psychotherapist can address each employee’s individual needs and health concerns on a wide range of topics.
If referrals to a specialist or diagnostic imaging are needed, the Doctor of Chiropractic can provide those as well.
This can cut down on the number of employees who put off seeing a doctor because it’s inconvenient to do so and put patients in touch with the right specialist sooner.
